Peru is a large, mountainous country on the Pacific coast of South America with peaks over 6000m. It has borders with Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile and the Pacific Ocean. Although Peru has some beautiful beaches and rich in history, it’s the archaeological site of Machu Picchu that brings most of the tourists to the country. The country is truly spectacular and with its indigenous population it’s rich in history as well.
